Ripley Gardens

Ripley Gardens is a redevelopment of the historic Ripley Memorial Hospital now providing rental and home ownership opportunities for lower-income families.   The $16 million project was financed by low-income housing tax credits, a HUD-insured loan, and a number of other loans from various governmental entities.
