Midtown Exchange

Represented the housing developer of the historic Sears   Midtown Exchange project. The original site of the Sears Roebuck building was   renovated into 219 apartments and 89 condominiums. The residential component is   part of a major $265 million renovation that includes a hotel and office space.   The project was winner of The Best in Real Estate in 2005 presented by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal and the 2005 Deal of the Year Award presented by CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network).
